Payments, uploads and reminders
Payment checkout is hosted by MyFatoorah; this website does not collect card numbers. Fawran references are reviewed by reception. Uploaded pet documents are stored encrypted and downloaded only by the signed-in owner or authorised clinic administrators. Opted-in owners receive an email reminder for reception-confirmed website appointments. Installing the app caches only public visual assets, never private pet records. Contact reception about document retention or deletion.
Appointment information
The clinic receives the contact details, pet details and visit preferences you submit. These are stored privately in its website administration for reception to handle your request. Do not include payment-card details in the form.
Secure portal access
Customer accounts and password hashes are stored in this website’s WordPress database. Email verification is required before private records can be viewed. Verification links expire after 30 minutes. Sign-in uses secure WordPress cookies. Reception separately links your verified email to your clinic record.
Clinic records
The portal shows records shared by your clinic through VetsCare. A clinic update must be published before it becomes available here. The clinic controls the information it shares.
Third-party links
The embedded Google Map connects to Google. WhatsApp links and hosted payment checkout open external services with their own privacy terms. No advertising trackers are included in this release.
Questions and corrections
Contact reception to correct your details, ask about retention or request deletion where appropriate. Clinic staff must verify your identity before changing pet-owner records.
